What HubSpot notes information is synced to MS Teams?
Just the deal notes and comments to the Deal notes.
This is a two-way sync, so comments made in an associated MS Teams channel, will also be in HubSpot deal notes.
How is it synced?
We install the sync engine in your M365 Azure environment. This is a timer that acts on a scheduled basis and synchronizes any changes. The end result is that information is in both MS Teams and HubSpot.
